By using this system you can:

  • create new tickets;
  • request new staff or student accounts;
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff;
  • add comments and answer our questions; and
  • provide feedback on how well we met your needs.
You can also use email to send a ticket. The address to use depends on your school, and is of the form

<schoolname>-tech@acsdvt.org

where <schoolname> is the name or abbreviation of your school.

E.g., bridport-tech@acsdvt.org, scs-tech@acsdvt.org, res-tech@acsdvt.org, etc.
